Experience Signage

Rochester, Kent | £36,000 Basic + 1% Uncapped Commission

Do you enjoy understanding how things work? Are you organised, curious and good with people? Do you have an interest in design, heritage, visitor attractions, conservation or creative problem-solving? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About Fitzpatrick Woolmer

Fitzpatrick Woolmer is one of the UK's leading specialists in visitor interpretation, wayfinding and signage. For over 30 years we've helped organisations such as the National Trust, wildlife trusts, local authorities, estates, museums and visitor attractions welcome, inform and inspire their visitors. We design, manufacture and install interpretation panels, wayfinding systems and visitor experience signage across the UK and are proud holders of a Royal Warrant.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional sales role. You won't be cold calling or chasing prospect lists. Instead, you'll be working with enquiries generated through our website, marketing activity, referrals and repeat customers. Your role will be to understand what customers need, guide them towards the right products and services, prepare quotations and help convert opportunities into successful projects. Initially, you'll be based in our Rochester office, learning our products, services and customers. Over time, you'll develop into a customer-facing account management role, building relationships and attending occasional meetings across the South East. Full training will be provided.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
