THE ROLE:
As a Account Development Manager, you'll support a network of automotive retail partners, helping them maximise used car sales performance, profitability and programme standards. You'll deliver reviews, training and presentations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and provide commercial guidance to dealership management teams. Primarily account management focused, this role combines coaching, performance analysis and consultative support.

LOCATION:
Field-based across the Midlands with good motorway access. Ideal locations include East or West Midlands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Automotive retail experience at Sales Manager, Business Manager or General Manager level
- Additional field sales experience is advantageous
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Commercially driven, confident and self-motivated
- Ability to build credibility with dealership leadership teams

PACKAGE:
£38,000-£42,000 basic + £7,000 bonus, hybrid company car, fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension and life assurance.
