Role

Account Directors play a key role in leading intelligence-led strategies across global mandates. The position requires sound judgement, intellectual agility, and a deep understanding of how legal, political, and communications considerations intersect. Account Directors support clients navigating disputes, crises, and strategic positioning challenges, helping to deliver clarity, control, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day leadership of complex client accounts, with support from senior colleagues.
  • Development and mentoring of junior colleagues at Analyst and Account Manager levels.
  • Leading research and analysis underpinning client strategies including in relation to dispute resolution, reputation management, and geopolitical influence.
  • Development of political, media, and opinion insights to inform strategic advisory approaches.
  • Coordination of stakeholder engagement and outreach with decision-makers, advisors, and media.
  • Design and execution of strategic communications campaigns and influence initiatives.
  • Support to senior leadership in client delivery, business development, and partnership-building across international markets.

They will have relevant management experience.
