We’re working with a brilliant agency who are looking to add a Public Relations Account Director to their growing team.
You’ll be working with well-known consumer brands, helping shape PR strategies that get people talking, building trusted client relationships and leading a talented team to deliver standout work.
The role in a nutshell:
- Be a top-level trusted contact for clients being their go-to expert in the agency.
- Lead client pitches, proposals and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Lead and ensure delivery of creative, insight-led PR strategies that connect with audiences and achieve client objectives.
- Work closely with the wider team including creative and social to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
- Keep a close eye on workflow, financials, and deliverables.
- Lead and support a team, helping people develop, grow and produce their best work.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong agency experience within PR - essential! This is a senior role, so we are looking for a number of years of experience to match this.
- You will have worked with consumer brands.
- Proven professional experience in leading PR strategies and campaigns from idea through to delivery.
- Confident managing senior client relationships and spotting opportunities to add value.
- Experience across organic social, with an understanding of paid, influencer and wider communications.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring, motivating and developing others.
