You've led campaigns that didn't just hit the brief—they’ve made clients become advocates.
Now you want a seat closer to the strategy table, with the autonomy to shape accounts rather than just run them.
We are working with one of the best agencies out there … a true powerhouse in B2C and experiential marketing, and they need an Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile client relationships, driving both the strategic direction and commercial growth of each account.
What are we looking for and what will you bring?
- Proven experience as an Account Director or senior Account Manager within a brand experience, events, or experiential marketing agency
- A track record of growing accounts organically—spotting opportunities, not just servicing briefs
- Confident presenting strategy and ideas directly to senior client stakeholders
- Strong leadership of integrated project teams, balancing creative ambition with commercial reality
- A genuine passion for live brand experiences and the ability to bring fresh thinking to every account
- Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact
- Develop account strategies that align creative output with client business objectives
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic reviews
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that position the agency as an indispensable partner

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
