We’re looking for someone brilliant.
Freshly Squeezed is a fast-growing, independent brand experience agency working with some of the world’s biggest brands.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead some of our most important client relationships, inspire and manage our team and help shape the next stage of Freshly Squeezed.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines exceptional client leadership, commercial instinct and brilliant delivery.
The Role
You’ll take senior ownership of key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships and ensuring Freshly Squeezed consistently delivers outstanding thinking, service and work.
You will:
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Develop a genuine understanding of our clients’ businesses, brands, challenges and ambitions.
- Be proactive – bringing ideas, insights and opportunities to clients rather than simply waiting for briefs.
- Lead key client conversations, presentations, proposals and pitches with confidence and credibility.
- Take ownership of account performance, revenue, profitability, forecasting and planning.
- Identify opportunities to broaden and deepen our client relationships.
- Lead and inspire the FSE team across your accounts, setting exceptionally high standards.
- Ensure we are always prepared, proactive, responsive and several steps ahead.
- Work closely with our Founder, Creative and Leadership teams to continually raise the quality of our thinking and work.
- Play an active role in shaping the future of Freshly Squeezed.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already have several years’ experience at Account Director level, ideally within an experiential, brand experience, activation, integrated or creative agency.
You’ll be:
- Brilliant with clients – warm, confident, credible and highly professional.
- Commercially sharp – able to spot opportunities and understand what makes a successful, profitable account.
- Strategic and proactive – always thinking beyond the immediate brief.
- A strong leader – able to inspire a team, challenge constructively and ensure consistently high standards.
- Obsessed with excellence – details, preparation, communication and follow-through matters to you.
- Ambitious and hard-working – you want responsibility, pace and the opportunity to make an impact.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial – comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
