We're looking for an experienced and confident Account Director to join our Rights Consultancy team, working across European football partnerships for two major global brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sponsorship and partnership marketing environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class activation programmes. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the strategic planning and delivery of complex partnership campaigns while managing relationships with multiple rights holders and agency partners.
Working across a range of projects spanning purpose-led activations, digital content, events and hospitality, experiential campaigns, and employee engagement programmes, you'll play a key role in ensuring partnerships deliver meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day management and strategic delivery of sponsorship and partnership programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, rights holders, and agency partners.
- Translate client objectives into integrated activation plans that align with wider brand and sponsorship strategies.
- Drive the activation of partnership assets across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel and ensuring exceptional account delivery.
- Manage campaign delivery from planning through to execution, reporting, and evaluation.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through additional projects and services.
- Oversee significant project budgets, financial reporting, and scope management.
- Support talent and ambassador relationships, including contractual appearances, approvals, logistics, and briefing processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, creating opportunities for growth and progression.
- Champion collaborative and efficient ways of working across internal and external teams.
- Contribute to agency initiatives and support new business opportunities where relevant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
