Role Description
The Account Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Oxford, responsible for leading key client relationships and driving commercial growth across logistics and 3PL accounts. Day-to-day, the Account Director will:

- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients
- Oversee service delivery
- Ensure that recruitment and e-fulfilment growth solutions meet client objectives
- Coordinate project plans
- Align internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and contractual commitments
- Lead and mentor team members
- Support business development activities
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Contribute to long-term account plans

Regular responsibilities include:
- Attending client meetings
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolving issues promptly
- Providing market insights related to supply chain and logistics
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, with experience overseeing key client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Demonstrated team management and team leadership abilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and collaborative working.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at senior levels.
- Analytical and commercially focused mindset, comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfortable working on-site in Oxford and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
