Account Director

Salary: Circa £60,000

Location: Remote

KnoWho Recruitment is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing agency brands as they continue an exciting period of expansion. We're looking for an exceptional Account Director to join a high-performing team, leading some of the agency's most important digital media client relationships.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business that's redefining modern marketing through the combination of digital media, performance, data and creative. We're looking for someone who understands how smart media strategy, brilliant creative and meaningful data come together to deliver campaigns that actually move the needle.

Digital media agency experience is essential.

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll be a senior figure within the client services team, acting as a trusted partner and strategic lead across a portfolio of key accounts.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their commercial and marketing objectives, translating these into digital media strategies and campaigns that deliver against clear business outcomes.
  • Be comfortable talking everything from paid social, paid search and digital advertising through to performance, audience strategy, data and measurement.
  • Work closely with specialist media and creative teams to ensure campaigns are joined up and effective.
  • Play an important role in the agency's continued growth — identifying opportunities, developing existing accounts, supporting new business and helping clients get more from their digital investment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
