Ready for your next move into a role where you can combine senior client management, campaign strategy and commercial growth?

We’re working with an established marketing agency supporting a varied portfolio of high-profile brands and organisations across entertainment, events and consumer-facing sectors.

This is a permanent position starting in January, suited to an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director who wants greater ownership of client relationships, campaign strategy and account development.

You’ll work across complex marketing projects, bringing together internal specialists and external partners while acting as a senior point of contact for clients and helping identify opportunities to grow the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and strategic development of key accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client contacts
  • Shape campaigns around client and business objectives
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns from planning through to evaluation
  • Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and external partners
  • Work across paid media and offline marketing channels
  • Review campaign performance and use insights to inform recommendations
  • Take responsibility for client retention, account development and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Develop proposals and contribute to pitches and new business
  • Present campaign strategies, recommendations and results to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal specialist teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Provide direction and support to junior account team members
  • Balance client requirements with commercial and delivery priorities

About you:

  • 6+ years' experience within a marketing/media agency or relevant client-side environment
  • Strong track record in account management and client development
  • Experience retaining and expanding existing client relationships
  • Confident delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Good understanding of paid media and offline media planning/buying
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of account profitability
  • Comfortable leading pitches and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent senior-level communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Confident working across multiple internal and external teams
  • Experience across entertainment, events, consumer marketing or brand experience would be advantageous
  • Previous team leadership or line management experience is a plus
