Are you an experienced Account Director with a strong engineering and Hard FM background? We’re recruiting for an Account Director to lead the delivery of Hard Services and projects across a prestigious, high-end commercial estate in Central London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for an £8m contract, combining operational leadership with full financial and commercial control.
The Role
As The Account Director, You Will
- Lead Hard FM and project delivery across a complex commercial estate.
- Take ownership of an £8m contract, including financial and commercial performance.
- Lead and develop a 24/7 engineering operation of approximately 15–20 engineers.
- Drive contract performance, service standards and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Take overall ownership of operational performance across the site.

About You
To be successful as the Account Director, you’ll have:
- A strong engineering, technical services, or Hard FM background.
- Senior leadership experience on a large, complex FM contract.
- Strong commercial and financial management experience.
- Proven experience leading engineering and operational teams.
- Excellent client and senior stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to take full ownership of contract performance and delivery.
