Account Director

Salary: Circa £60,000
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)

We're searching for an exceptional Account Director to join a high-performing integrated team, leading some of the agency's most important client relationships.

Integrated agency experience is essential, we're looking for someone who understands how brilliant creative, intelligent media and data-driven insight come together to deliver outstanding work.

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll be a senior figure within the client services team, acting as the trusted partner and strategic lead across a portfolio of flagship accounts. You'll be equally comfortable operating at boardroom level with clients while remaining close enough to the work to inspire teams and ensure exceptional delivery.

Working alongside senior business leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping the agency's future growth - identifying opportunities, driving commercial success and elevating both the creative output and client experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture senior client relationships across key integrated accounts.
  • Act as the senior escalation point, providing confidence, clarity and strategic direction.
  • Oversee complex campaigns spanning creative, digital media, data and strategy.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape best-in-class client solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and long-term account development.
  • Play a key role in pitches, new business opportunities and the agency's wider commercial strategy.
  • Mentor and inspire the client services team, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest possible standard.

About You

  • Significant experience within an integrated agency environment is essential.
  • Proven success in a senior client services role, ideally at Account Director or Senior Account Director level.
  • Strong understanding of creative development, digital media, performance and data-led marketing.
  • Confident leading complex, high-value client relationships and acting as the senior point of escalation.
  • Commercially astute, strategically minded and naturally collaborative.
  • A passionate leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Excited by the energy and pace of a high-growth agency environment.
