Account Director

Central London | Hybrid (2-3 Days Office) | Up to £55,000 DOE + Benefits

Ready to take ownership of globally recognised brands within one of London's leading integrated creative agencies?

We're partnering with an award-winning independent creative agency that's renowned for delivering bold, insight-led campaigns for some of the world's biggest consumer brands. With an enviable client portfolio, an exceptional culture and an ambitious growth trajectory, they're now looking to appoint an Account Director to join their thriving Client Services team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for either an established Account Director or an ambitious Senior Account Manager ready to step into their first AD role. Working on a flagship global client within the Beer, Wines & Spirits sector, you'll lead integrated campaigns that span shopper marketing, brand activation and retail, while collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver work that genuinely stands out.

The Role

As Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day client relationship, overseeing campaign delivery and helping shape strategic thinking across a broad range of integrated marketing projects.

You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard whilst identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop longer-term partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
