About Acierta
Acierta is a global design and production house with offices in Spain, UK, France, Qatar, and the US, delivering world-class creative, production, and installation solutions across Retail and Hospitality. Since 2005, we have combined creativity, technical expertise, and operational excellence to execute projects ranging from large-scale rollouts to bespoke brand activations worldwide.
About the Role
Location: Hackney, London.
Work arrangement: On-site (Full-time)
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead one of Acierta's business units, combining exceptional client leadership with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of production and project delivery.
At Acierta, an Account Director is more than a client lead. You will own a business unit (Hub), with responsibility for its client portfolio, commercial performance, people, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
You'll build strategic client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, drive profitability, and ensure projects are delivered successfully from concept through design, technical development, production, logistics, installation, and handover.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently move between client meetings, commercial discussions, production environments, and project delivery, always balancing creativity, quality, programme, feasibility, and profitability.

- Lead senior client communications across multiple projects and markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
