Account Director

Contract: Full-time

Based: London, UK

Reports to: Head of Sales

Salary: OTE £78,000

About Bounty

Bounty is a trusted and long-established brand supporting parents through every stage of their journey — from pregnancy to early parenthood. Our media channels, digital platforms, and partnerships reach 70% of all expectant and new families across the UK, offering valuable opportunities for brands to connect meaningfully with this unique audience.

We're looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Account Director to take ownership of our most established advertiser relationships and drive their continued growth.

The Role

This is a senior client-facing role at the heart of Bounty's commercial team. You'll take on responsibility for the majority of our existing advertiser portfolio, working with errands such as Vitabiotics, Aldi and PZ Cussons, becoming the trusted senior point of contact for clients who already know and work with Bounty. Your focus is growth within the base: protecting and growing revenue year on year, optimising campaign performance, and finding the right upsell opportunities at the right time.

Alongside this, you'll generate an element of new business — specifically from ad-agency represented clients and household-name brands, where your seniority and credibility will open doors that a purely outbound approach can't.

This isn't a line management role — you won't manage other salespeople directly — but you will be a senior voice in the team, using your experience and client facing intelligence gathering to feed performance and market knowledge back into the wider commercial strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
