We are working exclusively with a global healthcare software organisation that is continuing to grow its presence across the UK healthcare market.

As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced 360° New Business Sales professional with a proven track record of selling software or technology solutions into healthcare environments.

This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, managing the sales process and ultimately converting new business.

This is not simply a transactional sales position. You will be expected to act as a trusted commercial partner, developing opportunities from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across the UK healthcare market
  • Manage the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and contract completion
  • Work closely with SDRs to maximise lead-generation and outbound activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings and understand customer requirements
  • Deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, customer success and other internal teams
  • Bring customer and market insight back into the wider business
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's go-to-market strategy and proposition
  • Identify opportunities to improve positioning, messaging and competitiveness within the healthcare technology market

  • A proven track record of selling software, SaaS or technology solutions
  • Experience selling into one or more healthcare environments, such as NHS, GP practices, care homes, pharmacies or wider healthcare services
  • Demonstrable success in generating and converting new business
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
  • A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • The ability to understand complex customer challenges and translate them into commercially compelling solutions
