Account Director – Corporate FX | £300k+ Billings | 15% Lifetime Commission | London

We’re looking for a proven Corporate FX salesperson to join a well-backed and growing FX business. You’ll have the freedom to build your own client base, own the full sales cycle and carve out a sector or geography that you want to dominate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Winning new corporate clients through your own prospecting, relationships and network, taking opportunities from first conversation through to close.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients with significant FX requirements, while driving £300k+ in annual billings/margin.
  • Developing your own market, sector or geography within a growing sales team, with SDR support available but full ownership of your pipeline and deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Corporate FX / Deliverable FX sales, ideally with a proven £300k+ annual billing or margin track record.
  • A genuine 360 salesperson who can source, win and close their own clients rather than focusing purely on account management.
  • Experience selling to corporates with significant FX requirements - this is a Corporate FX role rather than institutional FX.
  • A commercially driven self-starter who knows their numbers, understands their market and wants the autonomy to build something of their own.

The details:

  • London-based, joining a small, well-backed and fast-growing FX business.
  • 15% commission with a lifetime commission structure.
  • Significant autonomy to build your own sector, geography and client base, with SDR support available.
  • You’ll be joining a relatively new sales team, giving you the opportunity to make your mark rather than inheriting an established patch.

If you’re a high-performing Corporate FX salesperson who wants greater autonomy, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build your own market, this is an opportunity worth having a conversation about.
