The Role
As The Account Director, You Will
- Lead Hard FM service delivery across a prestigious corporate estate.
- Manage and develop an on-site team of approximately 25 employees.
- Take ownership of contract performance, service standards, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee approximately £2.5m of planned maintenance activity.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide senior leadership across engineering and technical services.
About You
To be successful as the Account Director, you’ll have:
- Senior FM leadership experience, ideally as an Account Director, Contract Director, or senior Contract Manager.
- Strong Hard FM / technical services experience.
- Experience managing prestigious corporate, commercial, or banking environments.
- Proven responsibility for large contracts, budgets, and operational performance.
- Experience leading and developing sizeable engineering or technical teams.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive contract performance.
- An engineering or technical background would be highly advantageous, although formal qualifications aren't essential.
