Join a fast-growing, private equity-backed Financial SaaS business at exactly the right moment: strong revenue growth, fresh capital to invest, and international expansion underway.
We're hiring an Account Director to own and grow a warm portfolio of enterprise accounts, cross-selling and upselling across a multi-product suite. This is a senior, individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CRO, with real scope to shape how the business scales.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of the business's largest, most strategic accounts
- Sell at C-level to CFOs and Finance Directors, building genuine trust with senior stakeholders
- Cross-sell and upsell across a multi-product suite
- Generate your own pipeline, backed by strong marketing and pre-sales support
- Bring informal leadership to a small, high-potential sales team

What we're looking for
- A strong track record selling complex, business-outcome solutions into large enterprise accounts
- Genuine comfort and credibility selling at C-level, ideally to CFOs or FDs
- Proven success cross-selling and upselling into an existing customer base
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
- UK-based, with the flexibility to attend the office regularly
