Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director based in the UK to develop and grow our portfolio across the UK and broader Europe as we continue to rapidly grow across global markets and expand our enterprise presence in the European region. The role will require the individual to build and grow corporate accounts across the UK and broader Europe. The person must have a strong understanding of the leadership & talent development landscape in the region. They should have a track record of personally originating and closing $1-2m/year in sales and must be well networked across HR and L&D professionals.

The role carries an ambitious individual revenue target. The successful candidate will independently build a pipeline from scratch through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals; leads will not be provided. Own the full sales cycle from initial client discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close. Work closely with the enterprise, learning, and delivery teams to develop client solutions, pursue shared opportunities, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
