ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading brand, packaging and design agency in Leeds, working with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. They're looking for an experienced Account Director to join their growing client services team.

About the Role...

You'll lead a key drinks account, managing a mix of projects across brand, design, and packaging campaigns. The role has a strong technical and delivery focus, so you'll be comfortable getting into the detail of projects, understanding processes, and managing complex workflows from brief through to production. You'll be a trusted client partner, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day...

  • Leading a major drinks account and building strong client relationships
  • Managing projects across branding, design, packaging campaigns
  • Overseeing projects from brief through to final production and delivery
  • Working closely with design, creative, production, and technical teams
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, timelines, and project delivery
  • Confidently managing technical detail and project complexities
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the client services team
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships

About You...

You'll be an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager with agency experience. You'll be highly organized, commercially minded, and confident managing both client relationships and the technical detail behind complex projects.

  • Experience within an agency environment
  • A background in branding, design, packaging, or production
  • Strong project and client management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and forecasting
  • Confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of project delivery
  • A commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
