About The Role

Semper Services is looking for an Account Director to join our growing team in Central London.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships across our portfolio of commercial properties. You will oversee service delivery, ensure high standards of operational performance, and work closely with our engineering and project teams to support the successful delivery of maintenance and project works.

You will play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in facilities management or building services who enjoys working closely with clients and leading service delivery, with opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

The Account Director will oversee key client portfolios, ensuring service excellence, operational performance, and commercial success across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key clients and act as the main point of contact
  • Oversee delivery of maintenance, engineering, and project services
  • Work closely with contract managers and engineers to ensure high service standards
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to operational and engineering teams
  • Support contract managers in delivering high standards of service delivery
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure client expectations are met
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional works
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and service reviews
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites
  • Maintain clear communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams
  • Oversee the performance of key client accounts across a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service delivery standards are consistently achieved
  • Monitor contract performance including financial performance and commercial opportunities
  • Support business growth through identifying additional service opportunities within existing accounts

  • Experience in facilities management, building services, or property services
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience managing service delivery within commercial properties
  • Good understanding of M&E services and building operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Background in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable)
