Digital Account Director

£45 - £55k + benefits

Leicester - hybrid

Pitch has the pleasure of partnering with one of Leicestershire’s longest-standing agencies. This team has not only stood the test of time, but they’ve also continued to adapt to the market – and they’re about to do it again.

Following the acquisition of another successful agency, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, and they’re looking for a talented Account Director to join them for the ride.

Reporting directly to the head of the Client Services team, you’ll work alongside a skilled team of account handlers and PR, content, social, creative, video, and digital specialists. It’s a genuinely full-service, integrated agency where great ideas don’t have to fit neatly into one channel.

So, where do you come in?

As Digital Account Director, you’ll bring a digital bias to an integrated client services role, playing a key part in the strategic thinking, consultation and development of client campaigns.

You’ll be confident talking all things digital – you’ll know your Meta from your Google Ads, understand SEO and web, and appreciate how paid media, CRM, content and social fit together. But you'll also be comfortable stepping outside of digital and working across creative, brand, PR, video and wider marketing campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

But you'll understand digital well enough to challenge, advise and spot opportunities, bringing the right specialists together to deliver brilliant, integrated work.

The role will give you plenty of variety. You’ll cover client strategy and consultancy, project delivery, account growth, new business, team engagement and plenty of face time with clients.

What do you need?

Ideally, you'll come from an agency background with experience managing digital-led integrated accounts. You could be a Digital Account Director looking for a broader remit or an integrated Account Director whose experience naturally leans towards digital.

  • Commercially minded and confident spotting opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Digitally savvy across paid media, SEO, social, web and content.
  • Comfortable working across digital, creative and wider integrated marketing.
  • Curious and consultative – someone who asks not only “why?” but “why not?”
  • Confident leading projects, managing budgets and keeping delivery on track.
  • A team player who enjoys bringing specialists together to deliver great work.
  • Comfortable getting involved in pitches and new business opportunities.
