ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading marketing agency based in the outskirts of Leeds, renowned for delivering bold, integrated campaigns for an impressive portfolio of well known brands in the retail space. With expertise across brand, creative, strategy and activations, the agency is known for producing standout work, building strong client relationships and fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture.
About the Role…
As an Account Director, you'll lead a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across every project. Working closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams, you'll oversee the successful delivery of integrated retail campaigns while identifying opportunities for account growth and long term client development.
Alongside leading client relationships, you'll play an important role in the commercial success of the business through forecasting, revenue management and account planning. You'll also support and mentor junior members of the Client Services team, helping them develop their skills and progress their careers.

Key Responsibilities…
- Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Overseeing the delivery of retail campaigns from brief through to execution
- Managing account forecasting, budgets and profitability across a portfolio of clients
- Providing strategic guidance and ensuring work aligns with client objectives
- Working closely with Creative, Production and Account teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Supporting and mentoring Account Managers and more junior team members
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
About You…
You'll be an experienced Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step. You'll enjoy building long-lasting client relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful retail campaigns that drive results for clients.

We're Looking For…
- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within a marketing, creative or integrated agency
- Experience working with clients in the retail space
- Strong client management, communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing account forecasting, budgets and commercial performance
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing junior members of a Client Services team
- Strong experience working closely with Creative and Production teams to deliver campaigns from concept through to rollout
- A passion for creating engaging customer experiences that deliver measurable results for brands
