Permanent Account Director | Retail Marketing Agency - Global Client | £55-60k plus bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile, family-focused retail marketing campaigns for a major global brand.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative integrated marketing agency and work on campaigns that reach millions of families. You’ll lead a busy annual programme of activations, working approximately two years ahead across point-of-purchase communications, packaging, in-store experiences and digital retail formats.

The role

You’ll take ownership of major campaigns from briefing through to delivery, leading internal specialists and building trusted senior client relationships. The work spans:

  • Family and children’s retail campaigns
  • Packaging and print production
  • In-store point-of-purchase communications
  • Digital screens, interactive retail formats and gamification
  • Toy, premium and promotional-product development
  • Partnerships with leading children’s entertainment and licensing brands
  • Sustainability-led innovation across materials, packaging and products

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
