🚀 Account Director (Social & Creative) | London | Hybrid | Up to £58K + Comms
We're looking for an Account Director who loves building client relationships, shaping great social-first work, and making things happen. This is a great opportunity if you are at the managerial level and looking for the next step up!
You'll be the trusted partner for a major international client, leading social strategy and delivery for a European market. You'll work directly with clients, guide a talented team of creatives and specialists, and help turn ambitious ideas into work that people actually care about.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing client leadership, project delivery, commercial thinking, and creative ambition.

- Owning senior client relationships and becoming their go-to trusted advisor
- Leading social-first campaigns from brief to delivery
- Helping teams produce their best work across strategy, creative and content
- Coordinating freelancers, specialists and agency teams to deliver seamlessly
- Spotting opportunities for growth and identifying ways to add value
- Running reviews, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Keeping projects, budgets and resources on track
- Championing quality, ensuring every piece of work meets a high standard
🌟 What we're looking for
- Strong experience on the Spanish culture (fluent Spanish & English speaker)
- 4+ years' experience in an agency client services or account management role
- Strong experience managing and growing client relationships
- Understanding of social media, content and creative production
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing budgets and scope
- Naturally collaborative, organised and solutions-focused
- Someone who enjoys coaching others and elevating team performance
