Are you an experienced Account Director looking to take ownership of major client relationships while helping shape the future of a growing creative agency?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established agency delivering integrated campaigns across creative, PR, communications, influencer marketing and production. You'll work with talented specialists, build trusted partnerships with clients and play a key role in growing both accounts and the wider business.
What you'll be doing
As Account Director, you'll own a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for senior stakeholders. You'll develop a deep understanding of each client's business, identify opportunities for growth and create plans that deliver long-term value for both the client and the agency.
- Lead strategic meetings, present campaign ideas, oversee the successful delivery of integrated projects and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
- Work closely with Creative, Production, PR, Communications and Influencer teams, helping shape campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Contribute to agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting pitches and forecasting revenue across your accounts.
- Mentor members of the Client Services team, helping develop talent while continually improving internal processes and ways of working.

What experience you'll need to apply
- Previous experience working as an Account Director within a creative, integrated, marketing, communications or digital agency.
- Proven experience managing and growing high-value client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing account revenue, profitability and forecasting.
- Experience presenting strategic ideas and leading client meetings with senior stakeholders.
- A track record of identifying and securing new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Experience contributing to or leading successful new business pitches.
- Confidence managing integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple specialist teams.
- Experience mentoring or managing members of a Client Services team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
