Account Director

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: Shoreditch, London
Work Pattern: Hybrid (minimum two days per week in the studio)


About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing and award-winning independent branding and creative studio that helps challenger brands create impact through strategic branding and go-to-market campaigns.

Working across technology, SaaS, AI, beauty and charitable sectors, they are known for producing high-quality creative work while maintaining a collaborative, low-ego culture.

The agency is relatively new, but absolutely punching above its weight.


The Role

This is a senior client services position for someone who genuinely understands branding and knows how to guide clients through the entire process, from discovery and research through to creative delivery and launch.

You'll take ownership of key client relationships, manage projects end-to-end and play an important role in growing accounts while supporting the wider agency's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships across a portfolio of branding accounts.
  • Manage branding and go-to-market projects from brief to delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations and stakeholder meetings.
  • Build and grow existing client relationships.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and production teams.
  • Support new business and pitch activity.

About You

  • 7+ years' experience in client services within a branding, creative or design agency.
  • Strong understanding of the branding process and project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience growing client accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with technology brands.
