Account Director | Award-Winning B2B Creative Agency | Hybrid | Leadership Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning independent B2B creative agency at an exciting stage of its journey. Following a major rebrand, a refreshed vision, and significant investment into its people and culture, the agency is entering a new phase of growth and is looking for an ambitious Account Director to help lead the charge.

You'll work with ambitious brands, build long-term strategic partnerships, and play a key role in driving both client success and agency growth. If you enjoy combining commercial thinking, team leadership, and strategic client management, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real impact.

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as a trusted strategic partner while leading a high-performing client services team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and growing strategic relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Acting as a senior advisor, helping clients tackle business challenges and unlock new opportunities
  • Driving client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth
  • Leading commercial conversations, proposals, reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a talented team of client services professionals
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of integrated campaigns and projects
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue across existing accounts
  • Collaborating with agency leadership to shape future growth plans
  • Championing best practice, performance, and excellence across the wider business

  • Experience in an Account Director, Senior Account Director, or equivalent client leadership role
  • Strong agency background, ideally within B2B marketing, creative, or integrated environments
  • A proven track record of growing and nurturing client relationships
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of profitability and account growth
  • Confidence leading strategic client conversations at a senior stakeholder level
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious agency environment
