About RGML & Rhino

RGML is a group business built on ambition and momentum. Through our brands Rhino, Oceros and Halo, we've built a successful, high-performing business - and one that's only getting more exciting, with growth happening right now, in real time, in the work you'll do.

Rhino has established itself as a market-leading force in automotive dealer networks, built on a reputation for reliability and service excellence. Oceros is fast becoming one of the most talked-about names in the sector, scaling rapidly and investing seriously in the people and capability to match its ambition. Halo has the potential to grow exponentially in the future.

This is a business in genuine growth mode, and the accounts this role will own sit right at the heart of that growth — making now a brilliant time to join.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Director to own and grow Rhino's most important client relationships - principally our larger accounts and major OEM partners - ensuring they're retained, deepened and expanded over time.

This is a senior, revenue-accountable relationship role. You'll hold direct responsibility for a portfolio of Rhino's largest and most strategically important accounts, and you'll be judged on the strength, longevity and growth of those relationships.

At this level, the biggest accounts often present opportunity beyond Rhino alone, and you'll be well placed to recognise where a relationship could support a wider RGML group pitch, bringing Oceros and/or Halo in alongside it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Account ownership & client relationships: own a portfolio of Rhino's largest accounts, including major OEM and enterprise-level clients, acting as the senior day-to-day relationship holder and escalation point.
  • Growth, nurturing & upsell: identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, set and deliver account-level growth targets, and spot where a relationship could open the door to a wider RGML group pitch.
  • Retention & renewal: protect and renew existing contracts, monitor account health and lead renewal and renegotiation conversations with senior client stakeholders.
  • Commercial & internal collaboration: work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Market Insight & Proposition on account strategy, pricing and prioritisation, and brief delivery, operations and finance teams accurately on client commitments.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in a senior account management, account director or client-partnership role.
  • A track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts, including upselling and cross-selling additional scope or services.
  • Experience taking ownership of account-level revenue targets and being held accountable for growth and retention.
  • Confidence negotiating and renewing contracts or retained agreements with senior client stakeholders.
  • Direct experience of working with OEMs is desirable, however having worked with major corporate accounts or well-known brands is required, given the seniority and complexity of these relationships.
