Account Director - Brand Design Agency - £65k - London/Hybrid
Profiles Creative is partnering with a forward-thinking branding agency based in the United Kingdom to appoint an ambitious Account Director. In this pivotal client leadership role, you will champion the agency’s strategic vision across a portfolio of B2B tech clients, as well as B2C beauty, lifestyle and entertainment across the business. You will serve as the essential bridge between commercial client goals and bold creative execution, guiding major brand transformations, visual identity programmes, and repositioning campaigns from initial insight to global delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, deeply understanding their business objectives and guiding brand evolution in the B2B tech sector.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams across brand strategy, visual design, and content, ensuring all creative work meets rigorous strategic standards.
- Drive organic account growth by identifying emerging client challenges and proposing proactive branding and communication solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign and project health, taking ownership of resource planning, scope management, and commercial profitability across your client tier.
- Mentor and develop junior account management talent, fostering a culture of strategic curiosity and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in an agency setting as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, leading comprehensive brand identity and strategy programmes.
- Demonstrable expertise handling B2C & B2B accounts with the ability to grasp complex technical offerings and articulate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen, with direct experience managing project profitability, scopes of work, and forecasting.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities, capable of pitching daring creative concepts to executive-level client teams.
- A collaborative, decisive leadership approach that motivates cross-disciplinary agency teams.
