We’re now on the hunt for an experienced Account Director to join our UK team to continue to grow our local presence with existing and prospective clients across the UK and Europe. We’re passionate, creative, thoughtful, fuelled by teamwork, and above all, committed to our purpose: making brand mean business.

- Collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams to scope and quote effectively, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client objectives
- Presenting confidently to clients, contributing to strategic and creative discussions, and maintaining engagement at all levels
- Tracking revenue, reporting against targets, and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Supporting the development of tools and processes to improve collaboration and delivery
- Managing key accounts across brand, content, and digital projects, coordinating with both UK-based and Sydney-based teams across time zones
- Contributing to new business development, pitches, and relationship-building to support our growing UK presence.
- Supporting with ideas and ways to activate Chello locally, including but not limited to ideas and activations for press, attending industry events, working closely with our agency partners such as Canva and Tracksuit on the ground

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
