🚨 Account Director – National Cleaning / Soft FM Contract
📍 Leeds / Northern based with national travel
💰 £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
I’m working with a fast-growing FM business that has secured a major account with one of the UK’s leading gym groups — and they’re now looking for an experienced Account Director to take ownership of the relationship and operational delivery.
This is a big, visible account.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards across a large multi-site estate, leading regional teams, managing senior client relationships and making sure operational performance and commercial performance go hand-in-hand.
In a fitness environment, cleanliness isn’t just an FM metric — it directly impacts the customer experience.

You could currently be working within:
- Commercial cleaning
- Soft FM
- Retail cleaning
- Leisure / fitness
- Shopping centres
- Hospitality
- Food retail
- Another large customer-facing multi-site estate
You’ll need experience of:
- Leading large frontline operational teams
- Managing multiple regions / sites
- Owning and improving a P&L
- Senior-level client governance
- Managing KPIs and SLAs
- Driving productivity and continuous improvement
- Building high-performing management teams
- Using data to identify problems and improve performance
You don’t need previous gym experience.

This would suit an experienced Account Director, National Account Manager, Head of Operations or Regional Operations Director looking for the opportunity to own a flagship account within a growing business.
💰 £60,000 basic salary
