Account Director – B2B PR

London | Hybrid – 2 days per week in Central London
Up to £55,000 + bonus & benefits

We’re working with an award-winning independent integrated B2B agency looking for an Account Director to join its established PR team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B PR professional who wants real ownership of clients and campaigns, while remaining close to the work and playing an important role in developing the wider team.

You’ll lead a varied portfolio of B2B clients, working on integrated campaigns that combine strategic thinking, strong storytelling, content and media relations.

The role

  • Take ownership of senior client relationships and PR strategy
  • Lead integrated campaigns across a varied B2B portfolio
  • Develop strong stories, angles and media opportunities
  • Provide strategic counsel and confidently advise senior clients
  • Nurture, support and develop less experienced team members
  • Collaborate with specialists across the wider integrated agency
  • Contribute to new business and account growth

About you

  • Strong agency-side B2B PR experience, with a good mix of account management, media relations and integrated campaign experience.
  • Strong storytelling with excellent media instincts, comfortable taking ownership and managing senior client relationships.
  • Genuinely enjoy supporting and developing junior colleagues, and be comfortable working within a collaborative, relatively flat team structure where senior people remain hands-on.
