Role

Due to a year of growth and several new client wins, we are recruiting an Account Director to join our Client Success team. You will work as a strategic support to our Client Partners, taking the operational lead on a select number of our most valuable key accounts. Your role here will be to:

  • Orchestrate and support on the day-to-day delivery of complex employer branding campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on brief, and highly profitable
  • Working closely with your key clients, help provide accurate forecasting information to the Client Partners
  • Act as the primary strategic escalation point for mid-to-senior client stakeholders, offering expertise and guidance
  • Protect agency margin by strictly managing hours, resources, and third-party costs across your client base
  • Proactively manage "scope creep" before it impacts your colleagues and indeed, client relationships
  • Drive a high-performance culture by helping to manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Execs
  • Identify opportunities within your current projects that are mutually beneficial to both the client and Creed

You Will Need

Proven experience at a senior level in an agency, marketing, or client service environment. It is important that you

  • Possess strong commercial awareness, understanding exactly how time and resource allocation impacts the agency's bottom line
  • Are highly effective at delegating and directing work to the right level of resource
  • Can handle conflict resolution confidently, managing difficult conversations with clients regarding deadlines, budgets, or scope
  • Impeccable prioritisation skills, managing conflicting demands across your key accounts
  • Demonstrate strong mentorship skills to coach more junior colleagues, improve their confidence, and ensure high employee satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English.
