The Opportunity
At Outform, our Account Directors are commercial leaders, relationship builders, and growth drivers. They don't simply manage accounts; they create opportunity. As a trusted advisor to our clients, the Account Director owns strategic relationships, influences decision-making, and drives profitable growth. They lead from the front, identifying opportunities, winning new business, navigating complex client challenges, and ensuring Outform remains the partner of choice.
The Role
Our Account Directors own significant client relationships or portfolios and are viewed as strategic partners by both clients and internal teams. They define account strategy, lead commercial conversations, and are accountable for delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability. They understand the competitive landscape, know how to differentiate Outform, and bring the drive, confidence, and experience required to win business. From leading strategic and creative pitches to managing RFIs and RFPs, Account Directors are instrumental in shaping opportunities into successful partnerships. They act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal teams, ensuring challenges are navigated effectively while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Job Title: Account Director- Beauty
Reporting to: Business Unit Director- Beauty
Location: London, UK
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering revenue growth and driving profitability, accountable for securing and growing business opportunities.
- Building, managing, and developing significant client relationships and portfolios.
- Creating and executing strategic account growth plans that drive long-term value.
- Identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations.
- Leading strategic and creative pitches, RFIs, and RFP responses.
- Providing commercial leadership, ensuring projects deliver against revenue and profitability targets.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and senior escalation point for clients.
- Leading, coaching, and developing Account Managers while partnering closely with Producers and Project Managers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Supporting wider organisational objectives and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining existing client through strategic partnership that builds the reputation of our business.
- Winning new projects that delivers profitable growth.

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic client relationship management.
- Strong business development mindset with a passion for identifying and converting opportunities.
- Experience managing significant client accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a history of delivering profitable growth and managing budgets effectively.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience leading strategic pitches, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams.
- Can-do attitude with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Technical knowledge and expertise within retail, shopper marketing, experiential, display, or production environments.
- High levels of empathy, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
- Resilient, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
Package
Salary: TBC depending on background and experience
