This position will sit within our sports marketing group, focused on delivering best-in-class activation across brand partnership programmes, with a primary focus on one of our key clients and their partnership portfolio.

This role will be based at our London Headquarters and commit some time spent with the client and partners, and potential travel to events.
Your Role
TTB Sport is looking for an ambitious Account Director to join our business in a senior, strategic role, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment.
This role oversees end-to-end planning and delivery, from strategy and budgeting through to execution for some of our major client partnerships.
You will be joining a dynamic team, responsible for managing your direct reports to ensure all output aligns with brand and partnership objectives. You must be a strong communicator, highly organised, creatively driven, and confident managing multiple stakeholders across brands, rights holders and internal teams. You will be expected to have a passion for marketing and sport.

We are looking for this candidate to be able to:
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients' and partners' businesses
- Manage and nurture relationships with rights holder partners
- Plan and execute exceptional activations with an eye for digital-first formats that extend partnerships beyond traditional sport
- Act as a consultant, advising and guiding best practice to maximise the assets available, including where digital platforms or entertainment crossovers can unlock new value
- Implement effective operational systems and processes
- Understand, set and track evaluation metrics for partnerships
- Support the building of and management of client teams
- Supporting with business development, proactively identifying new brand opportunities

Essential Requirements
- Experience delivering major programmes for brands within sport
- Creative and strategic planning
- Desirable exposure to digital brand campaigns
- Willingness to travel and attend events
- Comfortable with spending time in London office
- Experience within an agency is preferred
- Passion for sport
