Are you an experienced IT sales professional looking for an opportunity to accelerate your earnings whilst working for a fast-growing, award-winning technology business?
Value Added Recruitment is working with an established client investing heavily in growth and is looking to hire multiple Account Directors / Senior Account Managers to join their London team. Based in the heart of Shoreditch, close to Old Street and Silicon Roundabout, you'll be joining a highly successful organisation with ambitious expansion plans across Cloud, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure and Managed Services.
This is a hybrid role combining new business development with strategic account growth, offering genuine six-figure earning potential for ambitious technology sales professionals.

The Role
- Develop new client relationships across mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Grow and expand existing customer accounts across a broad technology portfolio
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build strategic relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure and senior technology stakeholders
- Work closely with technical, pre-sales and vendor teams to deliver complex technology solutions
- Develop account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecast
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an IT reseller, VAR, MSP or technology solutions provider
- Proven track record of winning and growing technology accounts
- Experience selling some or most of the following:
- Managed Services
- Cloud Solutions
- Cyber Security
- Infrastructure
- Hardware and Software Solutions
- Professional Services
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by high earnings potential.
