ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading creative agency in Leeds, renowned for delivering exceptional creative, branding and design projects for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. They're now looking for an experienced Account Director to join their growing client services team.
About the role...
You'll lead one of the agency's flagship drinks accounts, overseeing a variety of creative projects spanning branding, design, integrated campaigns and packaging. Acting as a trusted partner to your clients, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard, while supporting the wider client services team.
What you'll be doing...
- Leading a major drinks brand account and building strong senior client relationships.
- Managing a diverse mix of creative projects across branding, design, packaging and integrated campaigns.
- Overseeing project delivery from brief through to execution, ensuring exceptional quality throughout.
- Working closely with creative, strategy, design and production teams.
- Managing budgets, forecasting and ensuring commercial success across your accounts.
- Mentoring and developing Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and drive new business.

About you...
You'll be an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager with a background in a creative agency. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, building trusted client relationships and leading integrated creative work from concept through to delivery.

- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within a creative agency.
- Experience delivering branding, design, packaging and integrated creative projects.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
