About the role
We are seeking an amazing Account Director to join our Client Services team. The role will cover various account management aspects including pitching new client programmes, delivering existing social campaigns and upselling to existing clients. You will act as a key liaison between the client and the internal Coolr teams to deliver world-class social media programmes.
The job 💻
- Leading a team of Account Managers and social execs to deliver world class social campaigns
- Mentoring, leading and supporting the team in developing their career journeys
- Supporting the growth team with pitching new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients, delivering existing social campaigns and upselling to existing clients
- Acting as a key liaison between the client and the internal teams including Production, influencer, creative and strategy teams.
- Helping build and direct the client’s communication campaigns ensuring their objectives are met and expectations are exceeded
- Managing the day to day and project management of campaigns – ensuring a high quality content and ensuring everything happens on time and on budget
- Consistently asking what does Good like and ensuring top quality ideas and output for the team

- Detail-oriented: Delivering on time and budget without compromising quality or creativity.
- Solutions-focused: Bringing creative thinking to problem-solving.
- Project delivery: Managing timelines, budgets, documentation, and briefs with high attention to detail.
- Client reporting: Strong at reporting campaigns and comfortable presenting.
- Budget management: Works closely with the Associate Director to manage and optimise day-to-day budgets, ensuring efficiency and value.
- Relationship building: Building trust with clients and motivating the internal team.
- Supplier management: Negotiating with suppliers to deliver the best work.
- Multi-client management: Handling multiple clients and prioritising time and resources.
- Knowledgeable about popular culture and social media updates.
- Effective communication: Strong written and verbal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Experience working in the travel and hospitality sector will be a bonus!
