We Are Seeking a Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to join our global Agency commercial team, where innovation knows no borders. This individual will lead one of Sabre’s most strategic customers, delivering impact, strategic insights, and strong partnerships that drive commercial success and expand Sabre’s presence. As a Strategic Account Director, You Will Be Dedicated to Supporting a Key Global Corporate Travel Agency Customer

  • Lead strategic global corporate travel agency customer initiatives to drive revenue growth and account retention.
  • Develop and execute customer-focused account strategies that deliver long-term commercial value.
  • Build executive relationships across internal and external teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Partner with product, technology, operations and commercial leadership to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Use analytics tools and automation to monitor performance metrics, improve account planning and accelerate delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in agency distribution, customer success, project management or commercial roles in travel tech.
  • Deep domain expertise in corporate travel agency operations and travel technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of building executive relationships and executing growth-focused account strategies.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional product, technology and operational teams.
  • Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to enhance account planning and decision-making.
