Account Director
London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Full-time | Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join a leading brand experience agency delivering integrated campaigns, live events and experiential marketing for global brands.
This is a strategic client leadership role where you'll manage key accounts, grow long-term partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work from brief through to delivery.
The Role
You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading relationships with major clients and acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Developing account growth plans and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Owning project financials, forecasting and profitability across your accounts.
- Briefing and collaborating with creative, strategy and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Leading and mentoring Account Managers while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Significant account management experience within experiential, events, integrated marketing or brand experience.
- A proven track record of growing client relationships and delivering commercial success.
- Strong financial and project management skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- The confidence to work with senior client stakeholders and contribute strategically.
