Kent | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Ready to take ownership of some seriously interesting client accounts?

An established and successful Direct Mail business in Kent is looking for an experienced Account Director to join its team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their print, mailing, data and fulfilment — and who enjoys building senior-level relationships, managing complex campaigns and, importantly, growing accounts commercially.

The opportunity

You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of key clients, becoming a trusted partner and the person who makes sure campaigns run smoothly from brief → production → fulfilment → delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with key clients
  • Managing complex Direct Mail campaigns from initial brief through to fulfilment
  • Providing strategic advice and finding creative solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue
  • Preparing quotations and managing project commercials
  • Working closely with production, creative, data and operational teams
  • Keeping campaigns on track, on budget and on deadline
  • Making sure clients receive an exceptional level of service

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
