As an Account Director, you'll:
- Lead key client relationships
- Oversee and mentor junior members of the Client Services team
- Drive strategic thinking
- Lead pitches and presentations
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
You'll play an integral role in helping to grow client accounts while ensuring the highest standard of creative delivery.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- A positive, team-oriented approach

Previous experience within a creative, branding, marketing or integrated agency is essential, along with a proven track record in a similar role as an Account Director or an established Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step.
