Salary - £60-70K + discretionary bonus

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the London studio
I have partnered with an ambitious, independent creative agency with social at its heart which is looking for an Account Director to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced agency professional who can lead client relationships and campaigns across multiple channels. The role goes beyond traditional social account management, with responsibility for delivering integrated campaigns spanning TV, radio, OOH, social, digital and creator-led content.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio of well-known consumer and B2C brands, acting as the senior day-to-day contact and coordinating strategy, creative, production, media agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality work from initial brief through to final delivery.
This is a senior role within a growing independent agency, offering the opportunity to take genuine ownership of client relationships and integrated campaigns while helping shape the agency’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple client accounts as the senior day-to-day contact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior clients, agencies and partners.
- Lead integrated campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, social, digital and creator-led activity.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Own project timelines, budgets, scopes and delivery plans.
- Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring work stays on track.
- Support forecasting, resource planning and the day-to-day running of accounts.
- Identify opportunities to develop client relationships and add value.
- Build and improve processes, trackers and ways of working within a growing agency.
- Source and manage creators, including briefing, logistics, feedback and approvals.
- Support production across TV, radio, OOH, social and digital campaigns.
- Source and brief talent, locations and suppliers where required.
- Attend shoots and coordinate activity from pre-production through to post-production.
- Work closely with producers, editors, freelancers and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce clear, meaningful client reporting.

Your background:
- Experience working within a creative, social, integrated agency or publisher.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, social and digital.
- Strong client management skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with production teams, external agencies, freelancers and/or creators.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A genuine interest in integrated creative work and delivering campaigns that stand out.
