Job Description
Our client are an industry leading experiential marketing agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store experiential events and activations for some of the most well known FMCG and retail brands.
This hands-on role involves travel (In England) and on-site presence during peak periods. Attention to detail and high-quality execution across all activations are paramount. You will identify new business opportunities, lead pitches, and expand our service portfolio.
As a trusted advisor, the Account Director will develop innovative tactical and strategic solutions to deliver client campaigns, including Sampling & Experiential. You will coordinate resources, build operational plans, manage client expectations, and mentor Campaign Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and objectives.
- Monitor category trends and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond to briefs with clear project plans and timelines.
Strategic & Tactical Planning
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate internally and externally to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Report on campaign and agency performance post-campaign.
Commercial Acumen
- Own and exceed quarterly account targets.
- Prepare forecasts, manage budgets, and oversee P&L.
- Mentor Campaign Managers to achieve commercial goals and KPIs.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and coaching.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent; 4+ years in managerial roles in agency/FMCG/retail/health & beauty environments.
- Proven client relationship management and business growth experience.
- Strong financial acumen, project management, and integrated campaign knowledge.
- Natural leadership, people management, and communication skills.
