ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Director to join Whipped Cream at one of the most exciting stages in our journey.
This is an opportunity to lead one of the biggest programmes in the agency's history whilst helping shape how we operate as we continue to grow.
You'll work directly alongside the founders, taking ownership of senior client relationships, programme governance, commercial management and day-to-day delivery. You'll become the driving force behind keeping complex projects moving, ensuring our clients feel supported, our teams stay aligned and every detail is delivered to an exceptional standard.
As a growing agency, we're looking for someone who enjoys building as much as delivering. Someone who is equally comfortable leading a client workshop, reviewing a commercial forecast, solving operational challenges or supporting a new business pitch.
This role offers genuine autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping the future of Whipped Cream.
ABOUT US
Whipped Cream is a creative studio blending talent, brand and experience.
We combine strategic thinking with culturally anchored execution to create campaigns, partnerships and experiences that cut through category and moments that live beyond it.
We've partnered with brands like Blank Street, Pinterest, Joe & The Juice, Taco Bell, Spotify and ITV - brands that dream big and trust us to bring ambitious ideas to life.
We like our ideas a little unexpected, our humour a little dry, and our people (and partners) kind, curious and collaborative. No egos. No gatekeeping. Just a shared belief that great things happen when smart, creative people come together to make something meaningful.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
