About Fabric

Fabric isn’t your average social agency - we’re mavericks, culture-obsessed, trend-first and community-first thinkers. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities, creating social ecosystems that pull audiences in, not just push content out. And now, we’re on the hunt for an Account Director to help lead the charge.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with German-market stakeholders across Subway DE, Sony Europe DE and Ever Clean DE, providing clear, thoughtful and trusted advice.
  • Shape integrated social strategies that support each client’s wider marketing and business objectives across organic, paid, influencer and creative activity.
  • Partner with teams in the UK and the Netherlands to adapt international strategies, campaigns and learnings for German audiences.
  • Guide projects from initial brief through to asset approval, establishing clear budgets, timelines, scopes of work and ways of working.
  • Oversee account performance and reporting, turning data into practical insights and recommendations that clients can act on.
  • Manage the commercial health of your portfolio, including profitability, budgets, resourcing, financial documentation and opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Lead meetings, reviews, planning sessions and presentations in German and English, with regular travel to Berlin and occasional travel elsewhere in Germany or to the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
