Account Director (IT Sector)

Contractually remote but commutable to London one day a week would be beneficial.

£70k-£80k Base (double OTE)

The Role:

This is a strategic, consultative sales role for a highly motivated and ambitious Account Director. You’ll be comfortable engaging with the c-suite, some of which may be the owners of their business, to help clients understand where they are and where they need to go. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and then grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts across multiple industries
  • Engage C-level stakeholders to align tech with business outcomes
  • Lead complex sales cycles across cloud, data, and security
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to build Territory & Account Plans
  • Deliver measurable outcomes: growth, efficiency, compliance

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in IT sales with a hunter mentality
  • Experience with Microsoft and Fortinet preferred
  • Comfortable selling across multiple industry verticals
  • Big goals, big energy, and a growth mindset
