Account Director | IT Solutions & Services
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000-£75,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Existing Customer Portfolio
Not every sales role starts with an empty CRM.
We're working with one of the UK's most respected technology solutions providers as they continue to invest in their commercial team. They're looking for an experienced Account Director who enjoys winning new business but also understands the value of developing long-term customer relationships.
You'll inherit an established portfolio of accounts while being expected to identify and win new customers, giving you the opportunity to build a significant territory rather than starting from scratch.
If you're motivated by ownership, autonomy and the chance to build a high-performing desk with the backing of an exceptional technical and delivery team, this could be worth a conversation.
The Role
This is a genuine hybrid hunter/farmer position.
You'll take ownership of an existing customer base, developing relationships, uncovering new opportunities and increasing wallet share, whilst also creating and converting new logo opportunities across your territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
